To conduct routine tests in Vacuum Circuit Breakers (11KV & 33KV) both Indoor and Outdoor Panels, Load Break Switch Panel.

To carryout customer inspection and preparation of final test reports for all Breakers.

Testing and Commissioning of Overcurrent Earthfault protection relays of various types of leading manufacturer like ABB, ALSTOM, L&T, C&S and Easun Reyrolle etc.

Final inspection and preparation of checklist before any dispatch.

Review client/customer specifications, manufacturing drawings etc. for all panels before passing to assembly shop.

PROJECT: Testing & commissioning of 11kV Outdoor VCB panel board. CLIENT : MMD Sricity, Tada.

PROJECT: Testing & commissioning of 22kV Outdoor VCB panel board CLIENT : National Textile Corporation, Trivandram.

PROJECT: Testing & commissioning of 33kV Outdoor VCB panel board (4 Nos) CLIENT : Daimalar India Commercial Vehicles (I) Pvt Ltd.

PROJECT: Testing & commissioning of 11kV Outdoor VCB panel board (8 Nos) CLIENT : Komatsu India Pvt Ltd, Oragadam (Chennai).

PROJECT: Testing & commissioning of 11kV Outdoor VCB panel board (10 Nos) CLIENT : Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, Kelambakkam (Chennai).

Except above mentioned projects, involved in many projects in TNEB sector (11kV & 33kV Indoor/Outdoor RMG panel board) and industrial, domestic projects.

Carried out Annual Maintenance Contract work in various sites namely SEL Jegat Printers – Sivakasi, Hatsun Agro Products Limited – Palacode etc.

Implemented regular scheduled testing, maintenance and preventative maintenance of electrical equipments.

Preparation of Setting Procedure for MiCOM relays like P442, P643 and P141.
