I am a bilingual (English/Arabic) strategic professional with 13+ years of Organization Development, Training, Management Consulting, Program Management, and Learning and Development experience in private, public, and non-profit organizations in more than 6 different countries in 3 continents, with an Executive master’s in public administration from the top, ranked school nationwide.

Currently, I'm working as Organization Development manager for one of the SME's in the DMV area, and as a Consultant for The American University in Washington D.C. It would be a pleasure for me to put my experience and education to work for your respectable organization.

Before I was awarded the Open Society Foundation Fellowship, and returned to school, I was The Organization Development Director of an Egyptian technology and logistics startup that provided innovative solutions to the chronic problems in Egypt’s E-Commerce processes. Prior to this position, I was a Program Manager for Masrena, a youth NGO located in Cairo, Egypt. In Doha, Qatar, I advised companies either on their new product and service launching early phase or on how they can enhance their current plans to achieve their future objectives. In parallel with pursuing my degree, I have earned a certificate of advanced studies in Leadership of International NGOs and another certificate of advanced studies in Collaboration and Conflict Management also from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. In addition to my experience and current educational pursuits, I have a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cairo University, a marketing certificate from the American University in Cairo (AUC), and a project management certificate from the Regional IT Institute in Egypt.
