Introduction

I am currently seeking employment in Project Management, or a Work Flow position in a warehouse environment.

Most recently, I was employed as a Workflow Controller at Mastronardi Produce. In that role I was responsible for the planning and release of work from the production lines and rack locations throughout the warehouse to the shipping dock and planning put away movements in the receiving area. Also included in my responsibilities was tracking the location and performance of each hi-lo driver and assigning them specific items when needed, to ensure our target volume was met daily and reporting those results to the warehouse manager.

Prior to my employment with Mastronardi, I was employed for 27 years by Tooling and Equipment International where I worked my way up from a Draftsman/ Detailer through several naturally progressing titles including Auto CAD Designer and Design Leader. In 2007, I was promoted to Senior Project Manager, which I maintained until my final separation in 2016. As a Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for all communications with current and/or potential clients, detailed work and process planning, and maintenance of all required records. Another main responsibly was delegating and reporting employee assignments pertaining to the manufacturing and fulfillment of each project, while maintaining the primary focus of process timing of all projects, making adjustments and efficient improvements, and to ensure project completion within the allotted time and budget given. Around this same time, I was also assigned the position of IT Coordinator and became responsible for all maintenance and upgrades of more than 100 computers throughout the facility, as well as the Servers, Networking and Security equipment, phone system and all employee assigned company cell phones.

In 2016, I decided to retire for a short time to enjoy time with my family, but also with the intention of returning to the workforce. In 2018, Mastronardi Produce offered me a position as a Workflow Controller which I accepted in July of that year.
