Supply Chain Coordinator (May 2019 – April 2020)

Oversaw the procurement, purchasing, receiving and distribution of any and all ingredients and supplies used and sold in all thirteen café locations. Managed a team of six people between our Miami and New York offices and commissary kitchens. Worked with ~130 vendors monthly based on a strict ordering and distribution schedule. Worked with R&D to source new equipment and ingredients for product launches.
