NAVITAS programming is to build a new technology platform to provide BP’s public and internal digital Communication.
NAVITAS basically deals with Preprod environment.
We have used EC2 to launch as many servers we need, configure security, networking and manage storage. It provides scalable computing capacity in cloud.
Role & Responsibilities
I was involved in Technical Support for Cloud Service Line like EC2, S3, cloud watch, IAM, Networking, VPC.
Apart from that I was also involved in URL redirections of bp sites, build and monitor services on production servers.
Maintainance and support of public faces and intranet websites for client in AWS.
Setting up vanity URL redirections for public and intranet websites.
We provide the AdobeCQ/AEM hosted AWS environments for the development and deployment.
Manages DNS request setup for various domains.

Telecom Mediation System is used to convert raw data from Network Elements like Mobile switching center (MSC) to readable format.
AMS provides an efficient mediation layer between diverse network elements and user applications such as Roaming Billing and Interconnect Billing so on.
Aricent Mediation Platforms are used mostly by Telecom Service Providers, who typically need to process CDRs (Call Detail Records).
Role & Responsibilities
I was involved in the coding for various features using Shell Scripting on Linux platform.
Apart from that I was also involved in solving various customer service request and my responsibilities include
Patch testing, sharing the test results with customer and final deployment after customer go-ahead.
Doing new Configuration changes like Trunk configuration, Number series configuration etc.
Daily analysis of corrupt/duplicate data
Ensuring the Application/CDR Data backup is done on time as per policy.
Uploading daily Audit reports at customer portal
Providing resolution to downstream application like ICSS in case of wrong fields like wrong product ID.
Daily dashboard includes reconciliation of:
Number of files and CDRs received from NE’s.
Numbers of CDRs filtered at AMS.
Numbers of CDRs passed and dumped to various downstream applications like for Interconnect billing, Roaming settlement and CDR Portal etc.

Interconnect is an application for Wholesale Billing used across the Telecom Operators to handle calls for other service providers.
This allows the customers of one service provider to communicate with the customers of another service provider.
Interconnect Billing concerned with calculating the amounts to be paid to and received from each of the network operators that our infrastructure connects in order for the successful call origination and termination.
The CDR for interconnecting calls keeps the call routing information as a group of valid values to identify the carrier and country details.
Role & Responsibilities
I was involved in the coding for various features using Shell Scripting on Linux platform.
Apart from that I was also involved in solving various customer service request and my responsibilities include
Patch testing, sharing the test results with customer and final deployment after customer go-ahead.
Doing new Configuration changes like Trunk configuration, Number series configuration, Bill period loading, repricing requests etc.
Completeness of Deliverables- Provide accrual (pre estimation) report and monthly reports to finance team within the SLA.
Daily analysis of corrupt/duplicate data.

Reconciliation of invoices coming from an interconnect partner which relate to outgoing CDRs.
Process for clearing the Error bucket for Processed CDR’s and Re-processing them again from Interconnect Application.
Process for CDR extraction from Interconnect Application through downstream system i.e. BDM
Process for missing CDRs check sent by FM Team. We need to check in Database Table for the specific missing CDR files.
Old CDR’s need to be archived for maintaining Server Space. We need to check with Business I.e. Finance Team for disputes for the respective months of archival.
