Identified opportunity to create a web crawler to source emerging trend information on competitors and changes for COVID-19. Collaborated with the Chief of Staff to the CEO to align stakeholders for agile development.
Managed an enterprise platform to include taking company strategy and converting to Business Consultant Agendas with weekly updates to actionable and measurable insights.

Created vision to digitize all weekly field assignments and communications for 8,900 stores and 1,300 Field Operations employees. Managed the technology development lifecycle and built certification programs to help standardize training across the enterprise. Reduced Consultant preparation time by 4 hours a week.
Led a $2.4 million enterprise project for an SVP/VP cross functional team to create 23 new regional meeting offices across the country and upgrade 15 existing locations. Completed project 34.7% under budget.
Created a National Store Brand Standards document including training videos for the U.S. and Canada. This aligned Field Operations on expectations and increased store evaluation scores by 10%.
Managed the digital product development for an enterprise mobile phone store evaluation app in partnership with our Planning and IT teams for the U.S. and Canada. This reduced the average store evaluation time from 1 hour down to 25 minutes per store.
