Over All Responsibilities:-

·Review the Civil Architectural and Structural drawing before submit to client and ensuring the designs are made as per scope.

·Preparation of Material submittal and monitoring supply materials.

·Preparing method statements for various items of work involving in the project..

·Examination of all certification and documentation to ensure validity and compliance with specifications, drawings, manufacturing and inspection test plans.

·Preparation of shop drawings as per site condition and taking approval from client.

·Daily Site visit and assisting civil supervisor and foreman for execution of Building foundations, columns, Slabs and walls.

·Ensuring the work is done as per Project Specification, SAES with safety and quality.

·Preparing Daily inspection schedules, Check lists and relevant data to check at field.

·Raising the Request for Field Inspection wherever the work is completed as per SAES.

·Estimate the quantity of raw materials, labor and equipments, etc., required for the project

·Offering client for Inspection and coordinate to client for closing RFI.

·Reporting all non-conformances and Quality major problems to Quality Manager and coordinating the necessary actions.

·Checking concrete slump and temperature prior to concreting.

·Inspect & witness all the ongoing activity at site.

·Verify the testing requirement as per SAES specification.

·Verify the quality records are properly made & maintain the quality records.

·Verify the storage of materials is stored & preserve properly.

·Verify the materials and items received at site meet the specification.

·Challenging structural architects in terms of proposed solutions i.e. construction cost, technical requirements, sustainability, suitability or quality.

·Preparation of drawings, reports and specifications.

·Providing inputs for Weekly & Monthly Reports & Minutes of Meetings.
