Fast-paced customer service position entailing quick sorting and sale of

merchandise as well as complete knowledge of product, in order to answer customers questions and upsell to a more premium product. Discovered and Implemented a variety of techniques that resulted in higher sales.

Detail oriented work assisting in transportation, unpacking, assembly, cleaning, installing, and trimming of high end residential windows, including setting up appropriate safeguarding measures to ensure the customers home was protected.

In August of 2020 I was entrusted with a promotion to head installer, entailing management and responsibility for the entire $5000-$75000+ window installation project, from first contact to final cleanup and paperwork. Ascertaining and managing customer expectations, ensuring matierial aquisition and managing two to three installer helpers to ensure the job gets done on time, and the customer is completely satsfied. Unfortunately I was unable to assume my role as soon after a variety of issues outside of work forced me to move closer to family. Fast paced warehouse work. Within two months I was consistently the fastest packer out of all 500+ in the building.
