:

RF Analysis for UMobile Project

Responsible for 2G/3G/WIMAX/LTE DT KPI Performance analyzing, reporting with recommendation of KPI improvement, and presenting of Drive Test to customer within a specific timeline given.

Responsible to ensure required RF Drive Test cases and RF data provided by drive test engineer is reliable and error free.

Responsible for coordinate all scheduled and non-scheduled drive test with Drive Test Engineer.

Responsible for test cases (DL, UL, CSFB, VoLTE, HTTP, YOUTUBE, PING, RESELECTION, SCANNER, HOTSPOT (BENCHMARK), VOICE CALLS, MOS-MOC-MTC, INDOOR WALK TEST, UDP and TCP).

To support and solving Customer or VIP Complaint Solutions.

Prepare reports and timesheets as well as review test result data to ensure that actual performance meets expected requirements

Coordinate with management to assess technical challenges and provide action items

Responsible for multiple task given and deliverables set must be achieved.

Review and recommend improvements to existing test strategies

Design test fixtures and develop and calibrate test equipment Achievements:

1. Analyze and troubleshoot RF test equipment in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Mentor RF Testers and conduct job trainings when required. 3. Work in compliance with company policies and testing guidelines. 4. Understand customer requirements and accordingly prepare test specifications.
