Developed and optimized a new process for the drug Vildagliptin and Livocitrazine in lab scale in 10 L reactors by running the reactions in different conditions and taking note of the reaction parameters in a rotating shift schedule.

Monitored the reaction process by Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC), bioprocess filtration and maintained the log book records.

Scaled up the processes in pilot plant in 50 L reactors and to ensured that the same results were obtained as in lab scale.

Handed over the process to the operators in plant scale to get the desired yield of product to meet the targeted production of material.
