• Mci-Worldcom, Global Department-Broadband/Frame Relay Technician, St Louis, MO 63304. July 1996-Feb 2000.

Responsible for testing of T-1, DDS, and point-to-point local loops utilizing the React 2001 Testing System in department which consisted of 7 technicians and 6 provisioners. Utilized React 2000 to make DACS cross-connects. Used CascadeView for installing and modifying Logical Ports and Permanent Virtual Circuits (PVC’s) for Frame Relay circuits. Coordinated and escalated with the different National LEC’s in order to get local loop installed/tested in a timely manner. Worked with the customer/vendor to turn up the customers Frame Relay Network to include Logical Port and PVC’s. Ping tested to routers to perform NIC turn-ups for customer circuitry. Coordinated efforts with RBOC’s, Local Exchange Carriers, equipment vendors, and customer employees to ensure that service issues were resolved, and the customer expectations were met or exceeded.
