Ensure Marines always employed tools, equipment, proper safety procedures, and Marines use appropriate manuals while conducting repairs.
Supervised all crew level Maintenance and Quality Control Inspections are done properly and effectively before equipment is released out of the maintenance cycle.
Maintained inventory control for 80 pieces of rolling stock and their appropriate requisitioned parts worth over $4,000,000.
Improved the overall maintenance readiness in the battalion from 51% to 81% in a two-month time period.

Quickly and innovatively repaired the only TRAM in an infantry battalion, resulting in the battalion’s ability to successfully continue safe and effective operations in a foreign country while following foreign aids and policy guidelines.
Given responsibility of the logistical portion of a battalion movement which included the shipment and tracking of 75 vehicles and 800 personnel over 600 miles.
