ͳ Drafting of commercial contracts involving foreign elements and foreign jurisdictionnal legal issues. ͳ Monitoring of EU case law and legislation in the fields of competition law. ͳ Co-managing international arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce. Accomplishment: Succesfully drafted, filed and submitted a complaint to the European Commission regarding unfair competition law which had been successfully concluded with the Member State complained of adjusting its domestic law to bring it in line with EU law. ͳ Extrajudicial phase : Provided extra-judicial assistance with debt settlement agreements. ͳ Contentious phase : Responsible for drafting of pleadings, claims, defences, appeals and interlocutory documents of all types.

ͳ Attendance at pre-trial hearings and trials of all types, adducing evidence and submitting conclusions. Areas: E-commerce, personal data protection, compliance and payment services regulation, IP/IT, contract law, consumer law.

ͳ Defining and adjusting the legal and regulatory framework and processes of the business regarding B2B and B2C.
