Project Responsibilities

Fabrication of PRESSURE PART (Panels) for BARH-II,KRISHNAPATNAM,BARA,YERMARAS,MOUDA,NABINAGAR,BANARPALLI,DARLIPALLI, NEYIVELY(500MW) NORTH CHENNAI,CAMBODIAN,ENNOR mega power projects had already completed

Fabrication on Special grades of metals – T11, T12,T22, TP347H & super alloy S304H (Welding)

Negotiations with Clint (BHEL & NTPC) and inspection (Internal & BI) for finalization of quality material fabrications.

Expediting for timely deliveries

Doing fabrication by Following TRAVELLER, WPS & IBR Codes.

Job Responsibilities

Production planning and scheduling

optimizing utilization of resources to achieve the production targets based on bar chart of proposed delivery schedule

• Production

supervise, organize, monitor production operations as per plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Quality control/statutory compliance

interact with related departments, clarify deviations, give technical guidance to subordinates to ensure quality production meeting statutory regulations at least time and cost

• Facility management & implementation of 5s

arrange for availability and upkeep of machines and tools, workplace, consumables, materials, to ensure smooth uninterrupted production.

• Process development & implementation of lean manufacturing

develop and improve process, foster suggestions from employees to reduce cycle time and cost

• Safety and environment

maintain house-keeping, guide, monitor and supervise compliance with all safety standards and environment policy and norms (in line with iso-14001 and ohsas-18001) to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

• People management and development

communicate, guide, motivate, interact with union representatives, resolve disputes, and initiate disciplinary actions if necessary to ensure smooth production and congenial work culture. Organize, monitor and supervise skill development initiatives/activities in shop to enhance employees’ skill.

: Working in Cummins Exhaust India Ltd (Sep. 2009 to Sep. 2010). as a junior engineer in incoming inspection.

Maintaining Stock availability of raw material in store.

Dealing with Production process and store for quick delivery.

Maintain all documents as per ISO.

Successfully create a good system for all raw materials for a production unit & implementation it.
