I work as a Scrum Master/Project Manager for a team which is an Authorized Data Source (ADS) for Global Wealth and Investment Management under Merrill Lynch (part of Bank of America’s brokerage platform).

Work on various new initiatives as well as enhancements involving data for Brokerage/Trust, Wealth Management line of business, developed project scope and goals and collaborated with stakeholders to management for its implementation.

Responsible for leading high visibility projects and managing all activities in the project lifecycle from initiation to completion using a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Posting system is involved in credit card transaction processing for all the Banks that TSYS has, including domestic and European banks (TSYS is worlds largest third-party credit card processing entity). I was also Involved in requirement gathering, feasibility analysis as well as in budgeting the projects.
