The Tier 3/L3 Yard Marshals have similar job responsibilities as an FC Dock Clerk. We are responsible for managing strategic and tactical aspects of daily activities in the yard, including directing flow of IB and OB yard, maintaining yard health, performing TDR, facilitating trailer unloading, communicating and escalating risks and defects that impact sortation to site operations leadership and upstream partners, maintaining on-time departure of outbound loads, proactively planning removal of empty loads, managing Flex/DSP dispatch and driving on-time dispatch.
