Responsibilities:

I am currently the key holder for the store and entrusted with opening and closing of the store, running the store if the manager isn’t present. This includes making sure the staff performs their daily duties working as a cashier if need be, dealing with any problems that staff or customers might have, briefing staff in the morning on targets or any change that needs to be implemented, and dealing with cash ups and floats.

Ensuring that merchandise is displayed in a manner that is suitable to the company’s target market.
