Project/Network Manager
• When the Network Manager quit, I was called at the 11th hour to get the entire hospital ready for the Year 2000 "bug".
• I updated BIOS’ to keep the emergency room and other departments of the hospital up to date and running optimally.
• I purchased over 300 desktop and laptop computers and 20 DELL servers with the latest hardware to replace out of date computers/servers.
• I managed 15 Network Administrators and turned a “disaster” into a well functioning IT department.
• I helped save millions of dollars by upgrading/updating hardware and software, mandatory trouble ticket response time and complete documentation for best practices, training and network layout.
