• Implementation, Line verification and Ramp up the new product (NPI) and achieving the requirement without any constraints.

• Monitoring of OEE and Shift basis productivity of all individual line MFR.

• Co-ordinate with CFT for quality issues, failure analysis, material related issues and equipment related issues.

• Review the Line leaders and Technicians every hour about the Line status

• Train the operators regarding SOP, QA alerts, SWR also the monitor validity of training certification card of operators and to update periodically.

• Make sure that 5S & safety procedures are adhered in line as per the standards.

• Analyze & control the material process scrap every hour.

• Co-ordinate with Product/Process team for process related failures & to Improve Yield.

• Re –calibrate the VI rejections along with Quality Leaders.

• Match the accountability of the Shift input & Output of the each line.

• Work order closing and 6s managements.
