Working as an engineer in foundry department: LPDC Section from may-2017 to still date. Roles &Responsibilities:

# Responsible for low pressure die casting.

# Continuous Composition Monitoring.

# Metal Transfer in time without any delays.

# Schedule given by planning on Monthly basis the raw material in melting planed in daily/ weekly basis.

# Rectifying temperature based problem on holding furnace by coordinating with maintenance.

# Monitoring fluxes and tribal rods and strontium rods as per production plan.

# Daily monitoring degassing process flow and its parameters.

# Handling ladle preheating area.

# Following good startup/shutdown procedure of furnace.

# Documentation for metal report preparing daily.

# Assisting with Sr. Engineer for daily metal consumption, diesel consumption.

# Maintaining process parameters and P.M Jobs Thoroughly.

# Achieve weekly and months production targets as per dispatch schedule. Improving

# Productivity and cost saving. Prepare routing for all the machines based on cycle time process.

# Monitoring the scrap rate using 7 QC tools. Provide solutions to eliminate the Root Causes.

# Manage team members by continuous training and motivation and lead them to achieveproduction and quality targets. Periodical skill evaluation will be done through practical andtheoretical methods.

# Maintain Safe working environment by enforcing usage of PPE, safe working procedures, andimplementing safety Poka-Yoke sensors and improving.

# Cooperate with Technical and QC sections in conducting trials for New Projects andImprovements.

# Done the small group activity on SMED single minute die changeover and decreased changeover time from 150 minutes to 31 minutes in current company.

# Done CFT on porosity shrinkage mostly on skin cut models and reduced by improving process parameters in degassing and in casting.

# Done the small group activity on (SGA small group activity) NDT rejection control below 5%.

# Done the KAIZEN Activity on conveyer system from Machine to x-ray,Gate cutting and HT. Educational Qualifications:
