Support Lead Tech with generators and bearings installation on Gearbox’s correctly. Maintained every rental vehicle on site properly and keep it clean. Doing Accumulators retrofitting installations in all (3) blades, installing two new hydraulics hoses with set of wrenches, new brackets, saddles, fittings and new hard wares. Closed all niddle valves on each manifold correctly. Removed all lockout/ tag out and performed good housekeeping. Nacelle prep, FAA light assembly and installation, terminating FT Sensor and blade repairs. Diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic malfunction of the following system’s component. Tower yaw system, main bearing and main shaft. Replacement of Gearbox with main shaft and reinstalling the Nacelle and Hub components. Installing the auto lubrication unit for generator bearing and testing all electrical connections in the Hub, Nacelle and checking all electrical components for safety functions.
