LumiraDx is a healthcare/hospital management system. This project is to analyses and documentation of the coding extraction of data HL7 messages. The main functional is Generating HL7 messages for Patient Demographics,Allergies,Vitals,Laboratory results,Problem lists,Medications from Mumps database.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed HL7 messages v2.5.

• Prepared and implemented test plans for interface implementation.

• Involved in process of creating, maintaining and updating Patient Records through the HL7.

• Automated and supported HL7 message generation services with message maker.

• Environment: Intersystems Cache, VistA.

Project Title: ohumVistA-HL7 Integration

Ohum Vista is an end to end healthcare application. In this patient record comes as HL7 messages to VistA which is running on GT.M Linux environment. We are having VA Fileman utilities in GT.M and the business flow will run through mumps code. The client will send the data to Mirth Interface Engine in the form of text or xml and mirth engine will convert patient data into HL7 standard message and sends message to ohum VistA. Thus HIS communicates with OhumVistA. Here the transactions include ADT, Generic Orders, External orders. Responsibilities:

• Developed Architecture for new Mirth Interfaces

• Designed/Coded Integration applications using Mirth and a custom Mumps

• Creating MUMPS Routines in GT.M to handle the incoming messages and storing the patient data.

Project Title: OhumDoc-IPAD

OpenMDWS is a phoenix that arises on top of EWD framework. Using this it is possible to create web services with the help of Enterprise Web Developer(EWD) that interact with the Mumps database and get you patient records. This EWD Interface will create JSON objects and these JSON objects were send to the GUI developers.

The application has been designed in a way that it provides access to the user by their roles. The user can be a Surgeon, Clinician, Data entry operators, Insurance carriers and so on. It deals with Registration, Scheduling, Reports, Billing, Medication, Claim processing, Mailbox and so on.
