Tested Engines, Systems, and Components to ensure compliance with software architecture requirements. Created test plans that ensure objectives are met per the customer requirements. Reviewed test data to understand variations in controller stability and refined the controller to yield a perfectly stable system.

• Identified the need for, and created, a visual representation of the Electronic Engine Control software architecture that achieved a cost-savings by reducing the time to understand the data trace between the inputs and outputs of the engine software.

• Validated the new Application Code for the new iE2 Engine Configuration by means of Creating Test Plans, Conducting Engine Testing, and Presenting the Data that resulted in winning the Customer Contract. Pratt & Whitney / Belcan Engineering, West Palm Beach, FL May 2013 – August 2019 Senior Control Systems Engineer

Performed Development and FAA Certification Tests on Jet Engines for Commercial and Military applications, in both Ground and Flight Test, while monitoring Engine Health and Safety. Performed Control System Software- to-Hardware Integration, Testing, Verification, Validation, and Software Script Development. Reviewed Engine Test Plans and programmed Test Procedure Scripts to run on simulated Engine Models to verify that there is no unexpected engine behavior prior to executing the tests on the real assets.

• Identified the need for, and developed, new cost-saving software scripts/tools that dramatically reduced the time to diagnose faults set in the engine software and to automate steps in the software integration, testing, and validation process.
