DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF TOUGH ROAD RIDER
Description:The main aim of the project is increase friction in muddy areas and reduce man
effect while driving a bicycle.
INVESTIGATION AND EXAMINATION OF MAGNETO RHEOLOGICAL DAMPER
WITH VARIOUS TYPES OF MR FLUID
Description: Magneto Rheological (MR) fluids which has boarder operational temperature
range and a high dynamic yield stress.
WORKSHOPS
Attended the Engine Revamp workshop by ‘Goodwin Motors’ held on ‘Tagore
Engineering College’ at Rathinamangalam, Chennai.

• Company : Sona Comstar automotive technology private limited, Chennai plant at Maraimalai Nagar .

• Project : Manufacturing of Starter Motors and Alternators.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
•Basic knowledge of automotive quality systems (Proto type,Tooled up parts, PPAP, Process Capability).
•Reading knowledge of Engineering parts drawings.
•Knowledge of assorted quality tools and standards (Gauges, Instruments and measurements)
•Quality-Focused, Attentive to Detail and Results-Oriented
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Holding Responsibility of Quality inspection and approval with the specification dimensional.
•Inspect the child parts with specific Gauges like measurable and Attribute, and also with measuring instruments.
•To maintain Quality levels as per the Customer’s needs.
•Transaction the quality parts by QAD enterprise.
•Knowledge of testing like Hardness, Roughness, Air gauge, BDV testing, UTM, Profile projector, MicroHite etc.
