WORKING EXPERIENCE

Lakeview Construction 2017 and 2018

Site Superintendent

Tempur Pedic’s on Southcenter Pkwy, Tukwila, WA. & Alderwood Mall Pkwy, Lynnwood, WA. Typical grey shell build-out that started with light demo of the existing space, which included interior partition walls, doors and frames, flooring, previous fixtures,

Act grids and pads, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC including rooftop RTU’s and curb adapters. This build required the top layer of subfloor be removed and replaced with new Sturdi-floor because the entire stip mall complex was built on a crawl space and the complex floods underneath the floors and is sump pumped away from property. All new mechanicals throughout the interior and exterior that included updating the existing fire alarm pull stations, strobes, audible alarms, exterior conduits to demarc riser room closet, new RTU curb adapters, new sprinkler plan and rework existing sprinkler systems. A typical sales floor fixture assemblies provided by corporate and installed by the GC contractor. Boh, public restroom, service corridor, and utility room compile the rest of the 3000 SF space. The long lead time from requests to onsite inspections by local municipalities could impact scheduling if not careful. The local trades- men and subcontractors here in Seattle abided by the schedule provided and all went well. JAG Building 2016 and 2017

Site Superintendent

Zales and Kays Jewelers at Tanger II Premium Mall Outlet in Bluffton, SC., Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights, NY., Baytown, TX, Willowbrook Mall in Houston, TX., Baybrook Mall in Houston, TX., South Plaza Mall in Littleton, CO. Typically a front corner with no rear access, egress, or boh. service or stock door for security purposes. Electric or manual rolling shutters/grilles posts, frames, and screens are installed first week of build after any demo. They are framed in, drywalled, and finished into ceilings, soffits, and walls. We stub up locations for the electrical terminations to showcases, low voltage, security, and data and pour back after inspections and field verifying the fixture templates and lease lines. The large safe is delivered and installed prior to closing in the b.o.h. partition wall. Typical b.o.h. with employee restroom, standards, shelving, telco board, data, security, muzak system, new electric service panels, and small appliances.

R.T.U.’s and ductwork are standard installations above the ceilings whether they’re a.c.t. and grid or framed and drywalled. F.o.h. is wall coverings, tile and carpet installs, cabinets and showcases, signage, branding, directional lighting, key switched security shutters, all while maintaining ADA compliance. With a 7 week schedule, corporate receiving documents and vendors, local sub’s and trades the build progresses to completion rapidly. Punch lists are minimal and usually completed during the walk with PAGE 2

DM or RM team. Corporate insists a C.O. but at minimum we obtain the T.C.O. to stock, inventory, and open on schedule.

Bhl Services mid 2015 and 2016

Site Superintendent

Verizon Wireless in Sioux City, IA and Sioux Falls, SD. One build-out in a 2 space L.L. lease and the other a brand new stand alone. Measure, mark, & measure again for typically 40 terminations in floor and walls for the saw cutting sub throughout the 5500 SF space. HVAC in house first. Ordinary construction except for inventory rooms which required 3/4" fire rated CDX at one location and 1/4" diamond mesh 4x8' screen at another other location. F.o.h. is fast tracked more than b.o.h. so walls, floors, ceilings, & fixtures remain on schedule for Verizon's corporate vendors and scheduled fixture deliveries. Security shutters are installed midway through build for immediate use after Sparks Retail’s installation of $1.3m in f.o.h. fixtures. There's approx 25 change orders during build for architectural issues, existing conditions, and upgrades. I would perform what was possible for time & materials above salary. I also contracted the millwork, cabinetry, shelving, etc. for above salary compensation from the G.C. I was employed with. We contract with local labor agencies. Obtaining an official signed off punch list became progressively more difficult each build. I think a restructure at construction coordinating scheduling, authority, and client subcontractors would be beneficial. The third party energy management contractors rough-in & equipment requires extra attention to detail. Sleep Number or Select Comfort, Grand Forks, ND and Denton, TX. A new 3 space development behind schedule when we mobilized on-site and the other an end space in a 7 space RED Development project 95% complete. Storefront glass shortage nationwide. We finished our build-out for grand opening as they were striping the parking lot. The f.o.h. fixtures and signage were an experience. We sub-out the installation. I was approached with an offer to travel the U,S, and install the fixtures for a 40 store rebrand and re-set that never progressed. I've learned and earned experiences money can't buy. I'm not the traditional road warrior. I prefer 10 to 20 week or longer jobs so I can budget the future, unpack my SUV into hotel and job site and get accustomed to my surroundings. I visit the job site 7 days a week for security, presence, thinking process, & boredom.

I.S. Construction Group 2015

Site Superintendent

3 grey and white shell build outs, a stand alone, and a 9 day 24 hr. remodel of Starbucks in Tex-Arkansas, Alvin, Humble, and Cypress ( Houston ) Texas. I.S. contracted local sub's to help with expediting the permits and installation of all mechanicals. A precise S.D.S. assures that we are on time at every phase of construction. Starbucks and their representatives supply nearly all materials for the build that are shipped and stored on-site in shipping containers. A constant and hectic scheduling of sub's, deliveries, and vendors. Valuable experience in time management, accepting, tracking, storing, and assembly of materials. We superintendent's remained on-site until we walk through with corporate, punch list, and obtain the C.O. JCOR Inc 2015

Site Superintendent

Leslie's Pool Supply in Weatherford Tx. A grey shell build-out in new strip mall with L.L. and his field superintendent. RTUs and spiral duct work throughout with 18' painted lid. Mostly gondola shelving set per plan- o -gram. Typical b.o.h. stockroom, hall to bathrooms and rear exit. A lot of signage hanging from bar joist throughout. Wall sawing in 8' cargo doors in back inventory room through concrete tilt-up exterior wall and a poured concrete winding ramp leading to the delivery alley. The Fire Marshal inspection was more than typical because of the chemicals storage, separation, and displaying them under continuous ventilation at 2 locations in f.o.h. a good build.

RELATED EXPERIENCE

Space Savers Construction 2000-2010

Owner / Operator / Superintendent / Lead Foreman

I kept my six man crew working 6 years full time building spec, model, and custom homes. I became a general contractor on my own projects. We would dig footings, framing, siding (hardboard, vinyl, brick, stone, EIFS), roofing, decks / patios, insulation, drywall, painting, hard flooring, trim, cabinets, and hardware. I sub-contracted remaining work out. I preferred whole house and room additions because of overhead. I flipped a few houses until it became popular. I have experience in all mechanical and building trades but have no licenses or qualifications. My experience is hands on and self taught.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

I have over 25 years in the construction industry with at least 15 years in supervisory positions of Lead man, Foreman, Superintendent, Project and Construction Manager and Owner. I started working at an early age washing dishes at my mother's restaurant when I was 12 years old. From that moment on everything I wanted I had to obtain myself. I have always been attracted to hands-on classes and trades. From Home Economics to Building Trades. I graduated in 1990 with an average GPA. I graduated Building Trades and was part of building 2 houses by the time I graduated high school.

I began framing houses in 1994. My crew framed 30-35 houses a year with Arklyn Homes, a spec, model, and custom home builder in Missouri and PAGE 4

Kansas. I went from making $13 an hour to $25 an hour by the time I was 25 years old. I absorbed everything like a sponge. I eventually had my own crew framing for a few builders in Missouri and Kansas. I became a custom builder and general contractor myself by demand. Then the housing market began to crash around 2008. All the Adjustable Rate Mortgage's were ballooning and everyone including myself began losing their homes and properties. A sad and depressing era for everyone. I was given an opportunity to be Project Manager / Superintendent for DSM Contracting in 2010. EZ Corporation would acquire 50-100 chain of retail locations at a time We were 1 of 8 contractors rebranding, re-setting, and remodeling national chains of pawn shops to Easy Pawn and Easy Money. It was a valuable experience in open-remodeling. Traveling extensively throughout Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Kansas, Illinois, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We design / built many new Easy Money retail locations in existing Easy Pawn's and strip mall locations. If I had but one thing to choose from I would call myself a carpenter but my work experience has given me working knowledge of all aspects of construction. I have always prided myself of a job well done and learned a saying that epitomizes my work ethic “You only have one chance to do it right, after that, it’s a repair job”. I enjoy a tight schedule and the challenges that come with keeping one. I am self-motivated and require no atta-boys to keep me focused but I give them out to my guys daily. REFERENCES
