• BIM- BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING as BIM DESIGNER Prepared whole life cycle solution for construction management of the multistory building (The Frame) using Revit software and developed a visual-based presentation material plan to manage the projects.

• COST ESTIMATION AND SCHEDULING (COST ESTIMATOR)

Completed whole cost estimation, quantity take-off wash station, restroom and comfort station at Palo Duro canyon state park at Randol County, Texas. Take-off involves for masonry, concrete, steel, timber, roof and finishes accessories. The total cost was carried out on sage timberline software which was accounted for total project cost of $569,000. The Project was scheduled on Primavera P6 with76 days to finish the project.

• CONSTRUCTION FIELD OPERATION (LEAD COST ESTIMATOR/ SITE ENGINEER) Involved in the project which require Design, cost estimation and Scheduling the project of 3- story subway station near the Trinity River, Arlington, Texas in which one floor is underground (Excavation & Haul- off). Used diaphragm wall to avoid seepage and rock sliding according to site, soil condition. The total cost of the project was $1.8 million and the duration of the project was 70 weeks.
