●Worked as Production Engineer in Quetzel Design India Private Ltd, Bangalore [Froeqm May-2015 to May-2016].

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Sound knowledge in HVAC operations

2.Responsible for Building Management System (BMS) Operations.

3.Responsible for complaints & trouble shooting of Air conditioning and refrigeration.

4.Maintain and control high capacity chiller 900TR

5.Exposed to Water cooled chillers (900TR), Air-cooled chillers (450TR).

6.Here using Hartman loop IPC Controller,i know the operation and control measures.here we are using only part of that operation which means partially running in AUTO.

7.IPC Controller to be controlled only in water cooled chillers and related auxiliary's also.

8.Experience to Troubleshoot and operating the Air handling units, precision air handling unit and packaged units, Cassette type units and DX units.

9.Exposed to ventilation fan of Air washer fan, fresh air fan, exhaust and smoke exhaust fans.

10.Responsible for centrifugal pumps and cooling towers.

11.Good knowledge in cooling tower operation and water treatment.

12.Coordinating with vendor during AMC & performance check visits

13.Create & circulate daily MIS reports to clients & my management

14.Maintain and operates the High Pressure Compressors and Integrated Plant Controller.
