Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develops Project Objectives by reviewing project scope and plans, conferring with Management.

•To review and understand the project specifications, IFC drawings and project execution philosophy.

•To review technically and raise any discrepancies, clarifications etc. by way of RFI’s and coordinate with the engineering drawing team and ensure compliance to standards and project specifications.

•Determines project schedule by studying project plan and coordinating with planner for preparation and monitoring of the project schedule.

•To review the project requirements and arrange for all necessary enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors if any and review the quotations received.

•To prepare the necessary cost comparison sheets for all materials to be procured for the project with the necessary compliance to specifications of the project or identify deviations if any.

•To raise the necessary material requests and obtain the approval for the same from senior management and issue for procurement.

•To check and verify the purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for delivery and stores for inspections and compliance to order terms and conditions.
