Role & Responsbilities-

1. Responsible for carrying out the production operations as per the instructions given in the BPR.

2. Cross checking the raw material & Handling of Hazardous, corrosive chemicals as per EHS

compliance.

3 Perform Production operations like batch charging, layer separation,filtration,heating cooling

operations,drying,distillation,centrifuge and powder processing.

4. Cleaning of the areas before and after the production activities & Maintaining good housekeeping

In the production area.

5. Ensuring safety while carrying out the production activities by using appropriate Personnel

Protective Equipment’s as mentioned in the BPR & SOPs.

6. Record keeping of daily activities,Online Documentation & Reviewing of production related

Documents as per GDP and on time.

7. Effective Communication with Seniors as well as colleagues in order to carry out work & Reporting

of Abnormalities / Deviations in production activities immediately to Seniors.

8. Responsibilities for supervision & Handling independently plant activities for achieving production

target.

9. Gives ideas for Energy savings, Process improvements, Time consumption, Safety suggestion and

Improvement, Cycle time reduction, Quality and Yield improvements.

10.Exposure to various audits like USFDA /WHO / MHRA and vendor audits.
