Aries Bach Duong School Teacher
2018–Current
As a class teacher I had designed and taught the curriculum for English, Math, and STEM based. I used engaging techniques to channel children’s enthusiasm and critical thinking. I created and carried out regular assessments, for both formulative and summative purposes. I used rewards alongside school behavioral management policies and had prepped the students for Grade 1 Cambridge program which I am currently now teaching. In the Cambridge program I teach Science, Math, English, and ICT. I also still design and carryout all regular exams and assessments.

Tuggs Tavern has provided me with four years of well-rounded experience in a high volume and fast paced environment. Employees were expected to not only manage food and bartending within their own section, but to also assist other colleagues in general restaurant duties including washing dishes, managing the bar, and making sure the floor is clean. As an individual, I needed to deliver friendly and fast service while demonstrating effective communication between kitchen staff, management, and coworkers.
The Effect on Weather Derivatives Researcher
2015–2016
Throughout my time at the University of Minnesota, I was fortunate enough to be involved in a research project concerning weather derivatives. During the project I was in constant communication with my superior, showing my ability to take directions, be cooperative, and easily trainable. My duties throughout the project involved obtaining data from several different sources over an extended period of time, concluding with my creation of my own mathematical algorithm relating all relevant data.
