JOB PROFILE :
Responsible for PRODUCTION & IN HOUSE QUALITY of the plant. Strategic planning to meet the production & quality targets, Manpower handling, Manpower balancing, Line balancing, Root cause analysis of production, quality problems & rejection, Production monitoring, obtaining & presentation of quality trends, corrective & preventive action taken, Updating quality & production documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervision in production line & troubleshooting.
Maintaining co-ordination with workers and management team.
Prepare documentation papers related to production, stock & workers.
To solve the all manufacturing issue at shop floor.
Responsible for schedule adherence of product with right quality & cost.
Responsible for manpower distributions.
Responsible for the Inventory of finish goods.
Responsible for Productivity & Process improvement.
Responsible for implementing of 5’S
Implemented KAIZENs and continuous improvement related to cost, quality, process improvements and house keeping.
Attended field complaints and implemented POKA -YOKEs to avoid problem in future.
