OBJECTIVE :-

Seeking a Electrical Engineer role in the construction and design

Industry.

SKILL SUMMERY:-

Working in 800 KV, 6,000 MW HVDC MULTI TERMINAL RAIGARH-PUGALUR HVDC PROJECT which is Bi-Pole Ultra High Voltage, Multi-terminal and will supply electricity to serve 80 million people.

Led the effective coordination with contractors and client for timely execution of Project with proper material and man power planning and handling site manpower for timely completion of project.

Reputation for being patient, a resourceful problem solver and implemented ideas resulted in optimum for deadline achievements

KEY SKILLS:-

Strategic Planning:- To follow the instructed L2 & L3 schedule. Identifying critical activities along with plan for execution. Updating, escalating, and forecasting the bottle necks issues along with probable mitigation plan.

Construction Management:- Identification of daily, weekly and monthly targets along with monitoring the daily activities / execution at site in coordination with client, vendor’s and other team members. Monthly reconciliation of the materials.

Liaison & Coordination among client & HO:- Hand to hand co-ordination of the execution activities and other requisite approvals towards work progress meeting the targeted milestones. Co-ordination with client, contractor’s and within team.

Safety/Resource Management:- Close monitoring and implementation of Code of Practices and HSE policy at site. Encouraging team along with sub-contractors for delivering and maintaining good and safe practices in over-all project tenure. Follow up and continual monitoring on achieving “ZERO INCIDENT” as a goal.

Focus & maintaining QA:- Ensuring the job executed under strict compliance towards meeting client’s and organization’s quality policies.

Client Relationship Management:- Co-ordination and maintaining healthy relationship with client. Appraising client on progress daily, weekly and monthly basis along with fact finding solutions on issues towards mitigating the same.

Budgeting & Cost Control:- Implementation and close monitoring of achieving higher productivity and over project budget & cost. Focus on revenue targets on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis with respect to work progress.

Sairam Engineering Services (I) Pvt. Ltd 2017-2021

Installation of Valve hall Valve Arresters, Surge Counters,Bus bar between valves & converter Transformer bushing,Clamp Connector,Corona protection.

Installation of Station Auxiliary Transformer (33 KVA)

Installation of MV Switchgear Panels,LV Switchgear Panels,Mach Panels, OFT Pannels,120v/ 48v battery Charger,Ups System.

Installation of 220 v / 48 v /Ups battery banks.

Installation of 1700 KVA DG system.

HT cable laying between 200 MVAR ICT to MV switchgear, MV switchgear to LV switchgear & DG system to LV switchgear.

Installation of Capacitor Bank,Reactor,CT,CVT,LA,BPI,Towers,Structure,Stringing,Bus bar .

Station Earth mat laying,equipments earthing .

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:-

To ensure the work is performed in a safe way and to follow the HSE guidelines.

To ensure all the drawings are available at site.

To prepare Schedule for the installation of Equipments.

To check the availability and condition of material to avoid any delay in work progress.

To ensure installation process is documented and in the ITR’s.

To participate in the testing and commissioning process of Equipments.
