Position : Process Quality Engineer

Company : Deccan Enterprises Pvt Ltd, includes design, manufacture, supply and service all ratings of polymer(silicone rubber) insulators of transmission, substation and railway application. Transmission up to 765kV range, HVDC 800kV, Railway 25kV application. Esteemed customers are Power grid, NTPC, all state transmission utilities, Adani, L& T and other EPC contractor for transmission requirements. My roles and responsibilities are as below.

1. As a process quality engineer, I will ensure all process quality activities from crimping to final inspection. 2. First part approvals at various stages, moulding machine parameters monitoring, crimping parameter monitoring.

3. Carryout NDT tests on at various levels of Insulator manufacturing. NDT through Ultrasonic detection machine.
