Review Project drawings and apply contract codes, standards and specification.

Perform visual inspection and dimensional checks on all fire alarm and telecommunication related works such as cable tray installations, cable pulling, wiring, conduiting, marshaling cabinet installation, junction box installations, local control board panel and equipment installation.

Inspection of fire alarm installation and calibration as well as functional test of fire alarm device conforms to its data sheet.

Involves in visual inspections, earth continuity test, insulation resistance test and correct circuit connections in all construction wiring.

Prepare all the necessary documents needed prior to inspection such as RFI and QR.

Review company procedure, standards & specification, industry codes and relevant standard drawings for project implementation and before performing actual field inspections for acceptance of the work

2. UMM LULU Offshore full field development project

Duties & Responsibilities:

Review company procedure, standards & specification, industry codes and relevant standard drawings for project implementation and before performing actual field inspections for acceptance of the work.

Review and familiarized the QCP/ITP, P and ID, Hook-up Drawing, Typical drawing details and other drawings related to construction of the project as a guide in performing task in inspections.

Perform visual inspection and dimensional checks on all Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunication related works such as cable tray installations, cable pulling, wiring, conduiting, marshaling cabinet installation, junction box installations, local control board panel and equipment installation.

Inspection of Telecommunication device installation such as THD, CCTV system, Weather monitoring stations, RACON, RFID as well as functional test of Telecom instruments conforms to its data sheet.

Inspection of F&G device installation such as TGD, GD, MAC, DELUGE SYSTEM and FB as well as functional test of F&G instruments conforms to its data sheet.

Holds the credit of representing the company in final walkthrough, Generation of co-console Punch lists, expedite timely close out as per A, B and C categories.

3. KNPC Clean fuel project

Client: JGC-SK-GS JOINT VENTURE PROJECT (JGSK)

Duration: 2016 January to 2017 December

Duties & Responsibilities:

Review company procedure, standards & specification, industry codes and relevant standard drawings for project implementation and before performing actual field inspections for acceptance of the work.

Assures that all instrumentation activities conform to the Instrument standards wherein taking considerations of the installations and guidelines of the international standards.

Make sure that proper procedures, standards and correct testing equipment’s and test voltage and pressure are being followed in doing the leak testing, IR test and other instrument calibration activities.

Monitoring and surveying all instrumentation works and activities at the site and making sure that all are in proper procedure and conforms to the standards.

Review and familiarized the QCP/ITP, P and ID, Hook-up Drawing, Typical drawing details and other drawings related to construction of the project as a guide in performing task in inspections.

Monitoring vendor’s material take off list as per engineering standards.

Apply international standard and incorporate with the project standards to have a better resolution and output of task.

Perform visual inspection and dimensional checks on all electrical and instrumentation related works such as cable tray installations, cable pulling, wiring, conduiting, marshaling cabinet installation, junction box installations, local control board panel and equipment installation.

Duration: 2014 January to 2016 January

Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitoring daily Instruments installation and testing activities and verifying that it complies with the project specification.

Calibration of Field Instruments.

Review Project drawings and apply contract codes, standards and specification.

Shall coordinate with other discipline Quality control inspectors for ensuring that all other discipline activities that require inspection within the Instrumentation.

Redlining the drawings, termination schedules, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Datasheets etc., as per the modifications made on site.

Responsible for the inspection of installation of Instruments, Conduits and fittings (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and Cables, Junction Boxes, wiring termination.

Ensure that the loop folder submitted by the contractor contains all the relevant documents needed during the loop check.

Review of P & ID, Instrument Specification Sheet (ISS), Instrument Installation Sheet (IIS), Wiring Diagram, Instrument loop diagram.

Co-ordinate/follow up with the contractors to clear the A-punch items prior to commissioning of a system.

Installation cabling, IR test, termination, loop checking, functional test and Commissioning of following instrument from field to DCS through marshalling cabinet.
