US Bank:

Answered phone calls from customers for tax purposes

CVS Pharmacy Help Desk:

Answered phone calls from pharmicists, answered questions about vacation overrides on medications, ran claims to see if medications needed a prior authorization, or if refill too soon claims.

UnitedHealthcare:

Answered phone calls from the doctors office to create prior authorizations. Ran claims through AS400, to see if medications needed prior authorizations or refill too soon. Spoke with the Pharmacy for information on medications.

Aerotek:

Contract to UCare: 10/20-4/21

Spoke with Care Coordinators, Members, nurses, doctors, in order to book rides for member to go to appointments. Scheduled rides with variety of providers. Dental, medical, mental and pharmacy

ACTIVITIES

I enjoy cooking and baking for others. While I was working at Alorica, I brought food in to share with others on my team and other teams. I love to help those in need, several of my co-workers were going through rough times, I would buy them groceries. One of my Office Managers did the same for me, when I was going through a rough time. Giving and helping others are my compassion, knowing I can make a difference on other people lives, is so important.
