Founded and managed a non-profit with over 50 staff that provided a wide range of assistance programs.

Founded RGM Nonprofit Consulting helping nonprofits with their organizational development, coaching staff in personal/organizational development, leadership, management, and departmental growth.

Launched four (for profit) businesses to generate revenue and provide vocational training for the residential program.

Spearheaded the planning and execution of an $11.5M capital project to construct the “Bridge to Life Center.”

A 280-bed holistic “Bridge to Life Center” center offering spiritual, psychological, behavioral, emotional, social, and vocational care.

Founded and established a nationally recognized “Nomadic Sheltering Program” that was subsequently reproduced across the country.

Successfully raised over $45M while cultivating a mutually beneficial relationship with the surrounding political, business, individual, and faith communities.
