Reviewing the tender drawings and find out any technical errors and coordinating with other trades and raising RFI to the consultant for the review and approval to incorporate in shop drawing and material submittal.

Send enquiry to the specified / non specified suppliers for material and equipment based on the bill of quantity and specification.

Follow up and receive quotation and specification compliance from various suppliers. Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as rating, capacity, quantity, warranty, spares, specification compliance, deviations, etc. Make comparative analysis of all quotation and specification compliance & use the optimum solution. Quantities take off from the shop drawings and compare with the tender BOQ & IFC drawings and get the variation approval from the Estimator / Consultant. Based on the vendor finalization, get the material submittals from the vendor as per the specification compliance.

Reviewing the material submittal of all the material used on the project related to all electrical systems with supplier to make the required changes in the submittal in particular on the compliance as per the project specification.

Submit the material submittal for client / consultant review and based on the comments coordinate with vendor to get it approved.

Following up with purchase department for material to be delivered to site as per the site requirement.
