Associate Customer Support / Quality Analyst - POC (TechMahindra - Cebu) -(July / 2017 – April /2017)

●I was working in TechMahindra for 3 years and 6 months. I was taking calls for 6 months and I was transferred to a new LOB because of my excellent performance when I was still taking calls.

●I was transferred to a new LOB again as I was always one of the Top Performers. I was transferred to Social Media Team, and this is already a great achievement as only those who have excellent performance will be chosen to be part of this LOB.

●I was chosen to be part of the Quality Analyst Team after 3 months of being part of the Social Media Department.

●I was awarded as one of the Ace Performer of the year 2021 and if you're working on TechM, that's already a great achieve because only few people will receive this type of recognition every year.

●One of the things I love about being part in the QA Team was talking to the clients, sharing our ideas on how to improve the Agents' performance and how to help the Operations Team.
