Project management team led nation in dollars billed at over $1M in fees per professional from 1998 through 2002.

Provided/Managed all interior build outs and capital projects for a portfolio of 1.3M square feet which included Reston Town Center miscellaneous 1st floor retail projects. Managed the selection of architects and General Contractors for projects within the portfolio. Developed budgets and schedules to assist property managers, brokers and engineers on occupancy. Created annual budgets for capital projects and reported/coordinated with property management.
