Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Inspected buildings, equipment and grounds to determine conditions and to insure adherence with state and local regulations.

oMonitor and controlling all MEP system of the hotel during shift period and taking action where necessary.

oExecution of preventive maintenance scheme and the work order system for all areas of hotel.

oConducting Monthly FLS inspection on Fire Alarm/Firefighting systems

oEnsuring the schedule for water tank cleanings/ Grease Trap Cleanings

oCoordinating with other internal department for shut down (Water/AC/Electric) for Major work

oMaintaining AHU /FCU as per PPM in the Plant rooms/ Public areas/ Guest rooms.

oAttending EHS /food safety meeting

oAttending morning executive briefing with departments heads during absence of Director of engineer/Resident engineer

oDelighting guest, in accordance to the hotel guiding principles.

oRecord all checklist and history card in a systematic way
