- Director of Leasing & Team - Emmett Ochs Investment (4 yrs - Current) Duties: Manage a 600+ unit, multi-family portfolio including all leasing, marketing, portfolio management and served as team leader. Also did the hiring and firing of all of our building onsite managers.

- Owner / Operator - The Improv and Art Space (2019 - 2020) Duties: Managed all aspects as sole director of the theater community. Handled commercial leasing and finances, scheduling for classes and shows, served as creative director and President of the nonprofit. The theater shut down with Covid. Skills:
