Install the Electrical Equipment for home and Industries followed by Drawing.

Connect the circuits for DB and Equipment.

Fix the Lightings, Fan, water heater and other home appliences.

JOB TITLE : ADMIN CUM CALLCENTRE OPERATOR Sep 2017 – Till Now

Provide the Admin duty’s Paper work, Invoice, Billing and other ad hock dutys.

Assist to make the street light maintenance and servicing schedules.

Prepare the maintenance and service report submitted to the LTA.

Assist to arrange the technicians for PM and CM maintenance.

Assist to Draw the Single line and Layouts using the Auto CAD.

Attending the incoming calls at call center from customers, suppliers, marketing and walk in customers.

Inform and connect the calls to the related staffs.

Welcome the incoming Guests from Reception.

Also provide the call center duty at Government Projects (RP260E, TR267, TR247 & TR302E Under LTA).

Assist to acknowledge the LTA Acknowledge E-mail’s and Call’s.

Assist to arrange the technician for attending the faults.

Feedback to the LTA after Rectify the faults at every day.

Assist to inspect and checking the defects with our inventory.

Assist to routine checking of call center Computers.

Change the old PC and installed new PC if needed.

Assist to rectify and troubleshoot the Computers.

Assist to arrange the Call center shifts for Day and Night.

Solve the problems from the call center and maintenance.

Also have Warehouse experience handle the material collection and delivery, Invoicing, stock taking, arrange the materials, maintaining records and clean warehouse at every time.

SKILLS

I have good knowledge of MS Office.

I have Class 3 Driving License.

Familiar in all location and roads in Singapore.

I have the good knowledge of Auto CAD and also have the Experience.

I have the good knowledge of using IBM Maximo, WOWA, EFMS softwares.

I have the Experience in Install and rectify the Computer systems.

I have Good interpersonal skills.

I have Moderate working skills
