3Supervise technicians and junior engineers and coordinate with management to seek best opinions in terms of design, development & implementation of 5s and documents according to standard on shop floor.

4manage the preventive maintenance schedule to reduce the suddenly breakdowns of machines manufacturing .

5 Responsible for meet the dispatch schedules according to customer requirements.and also reduce the rejection.

6. Problem solving, handling of NC products and risk assessments.

7. Implementation the Poke-yoke and gauges to reduce the re-occurrence of non confirming material of all stages.
