·As a customer service agent, I got to learn about the roadside help that is provided to individuals experiencing problems with their vehicle. This role taught me many skills such as communication, efficiency, and leadership. Most importantly, this role made me understand the importance to deal with tough situation under stress especially when someone is stranded somewhere with a broken vehicle and needs assistance.

·As a sales representative, my role includes understanding a clients need for a product and assisting them to find what is best for them. A sales position taught me how to keep a positive mindset especially when things do not go as one plans. It also taught me to be confident and to try my best to share the knowledge I have with others.
