Primary Role

Support in analyzing, organizing and managing the document management processes and activities. Provide monitoring of resources and interface with Document Controllers. Function Representatives and Documents Service Assistants involved in the Project on Document Management topics. Ensure knowledge transfer and preservation of Document Management topic.

Duties and Responsibilities

Performed Document Control in all activities relevant to documentation management process to support and meet the needs within construction, engineering, HSE, Quality Control Department and administration for both Clients, Company and Subcontractor.

Ensured all receive Transmittal with corresponding document from Client and Subcontractor sources are checked for completeness and acknowledgment.

Ensured DCC internal logs (Excel Sheets) such as Site Technical Query, Site Instruction, Field Design Change, Technical Query, Isometric Drawings, Weld Map Drawings, Vendor, Company and Subcontractors document vital information are accurately register.

Ensured all received documents must have softcopy and PDF, Word, Excel etc. must be stored and controlled in designated folder for document traceability.

Ensuring vital information of all Client and Subcontractor Engineering Document, Drawings, Vendor Documents Cover Forms are properly in placed

Ensured all assigned signatories of Document and Drawings must provide signature before to proceed creating and preparing Transmittal to Client, Vendor and Subcontractor in line with proper email distribution to respective person involve

Created, prepared and distribution of transmittals and technical documents to client and subcontractor in accordance with company procedure as appropriate

Uploaded and downloaded of Project Templates, Vendor and Contractual Documentation into the system provided in the project.

Identified, list and record by means of transmittals all technical document movements between Client, Company and Subcontractor.

Ensuring that all out of date documents or previous issues of documents are marked/informed or stamped superseded or through email information.

Ensuring suitable files are maintained to allow the steady compilation of Project Record Books, in both hard copy and electronic format.

Registered and recording the title, number, revision status and other appropriate document related information, through EDMS and Company based system, all project related technical and procedural documents including Client.

Coordinated with the Engineering, Construction and Quality Assurance Document Controllers for the final issues of Document deliverables to the Client
