Reviewing the design/shop drawing

Installing DDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers

Testing and Commissioning for BMS HVAC system like AHU, FCU Jet Fans, Exhaust Fan, KET, TEF, EF, SPF and SPLF.

Operate and Maintain Johnson Controls Building Management System for Proper Function

Cable pulling and cable termination for field devices like Filter DPS, Fan flow DPS, Space Temperature(THERMOSTAT), and Smart Water Meters.

Supervision Controlling & Monitoring of HVAC from the BMS workstation system.

Installing Network Rack and Data Cable Patching, Cable Dressing

Networking Switches Installing, Fiber optic Cable Splicing, IP pinging.

Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project Engineer and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.

Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager. Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising CRFI.

Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket. Preparing summary log reports for materials, RFI, ECR etc.

Co-ordination between the BMS system supplier & HVAC equipment providers, MCC, MDB and Lighting panel Manufacturers for proper BMS cable termination.

Carrying out the inspection for Building

Management system. Follow up the material, Site

surveys & inspections.
