From 2009 to 2010 worked as HVAC Technician in Chennai city center

From Jan 2010 to July 2015 worked as HVAC technician and chiller operator in

CBRE Facility Management, under climacool pvt ltd Chennai.

From Aug 2015 joined in ENOVA Facility Management LLC. Dubai as CHILLER

PLANT OPERATOR and HVAC O&M till august 2019.

From September 2019 joined in DUBAI SILICON OASIS AUTHORITY DUBAI, UAE

as hvac technician till now.

JOB PROFILE: -

1. Operator in Water Cooled Chiller an Air-Cooled Chiller.

2. Doing break down services as follows daily tasks.

3. Changing all pumps, motor, blower, bearings.

4. Ahu motor, pump motor, ahu blower belt, replacement works whenever fault is raised.

5. Cooling tower, gearbox overhauling.

6. Ahu cooling coil descaling work.

7. Knowledge in operation BMS systems.

8. Carryout Planned Preventive Maintenance of Unitary and applied chilled water products based on service frequency and seasonal requirements

9. AHU fins cleaning with chemical work.

10. Troubleshooting problems in all equipment at emergency.

11. Checking cooling tower water TDS, PH, TH and softener plant regeneration works.

12. Emergency complaints & shutdown jobs.

13. FCU all Breakdowns

14. Checking all ventilation systems.

15. Checking pressure and temperature for all units.

16. Checking pressure for pressurization Tanks.

17. Carryout corrective, reactive, planned preventive maintenance works using computer aided facility management (CAFM), Mobility.
