JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check site survey and preparation according to site condition, fabrication and review, check

standard procedure required project.

Make all preparation of materials lay-out, fabricate of spool as per drawing requirement.

Confirm latest drawing, vendor instructions are in field modification changes in scope, execute

design work to provide drawings and material list and requisition.

Review all scope of work drawing for fabrication provided by the client.

Supervision for fabrication of all kind of fittings, installation of various flanges, welded,

threaded and screwed valves.

Verifying that welding machines, tools, ovens are in safe/ recommended conditions.

Coordination with Project Manager, QC inspector, Piping Superintendent, prior for daily and

weekly work forecast & schedule.

Supervise of installation of structural and piping construction and pipe sleeper, pipe rack and

piping around equipment.

Responsible for erection of pipe lines to ground level/upper structure from tank to tankage

area.

Reviewing piping and instrumentation diagram, Nozzle Orientation GA, Isometric Drawing.

To ensure effective Manpower allocation to achieve the daily target.

Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly plan vs actual report.

Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality

products.

Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize

production.

Coordination with Safety Engineer, Inspector for safety equipment layout and work permit.

Monitors and carries out all safety regulations in the work fields.
