Work closely with the Senior Director of Engineering and Asst.Chief Engineers in the maintenance and maintenance programs for the Front and Back of house

Develops, implements and maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) Programs of Guest Rooms and Public Areas;

Communicates with Housekeeping on matters concerning maintenance Rooms;

Responsible for the follow-up on work done;

Responsible for maintenance records of work done including Inventory Control Records and ordering of Material and Equipment;

Responsible for checking of the trouble calls log daily to ensure calls were done and in a timely fashion (including work orders);

Proficient in the skills of the maintenance of Front of House;

Responsible for the proper training of the staff in the standard set forth by the company;

Liaise with Department Managers on repairs, maintenance and follow-up;

Attend Meetings and Training requested ;

Maintain sound knowledge of the company’s facilities and related services;
