Refinery Operator 2
2012-2018 Six (6) years worked as a Plant Operator on Jet A-1 Treating Plant. I was in charge of Operating, maintaining and running of the Petreco and JP-4 Treating Plant, following plant standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities included taking daily samples, coordinating, supervising and executing day to day jobs on equiptment, vessels, motors, pump and distribution of caustic soda to the refinery, in an efficient and a safe manner.

Process Plant Operator 2
Process Plant Operator at M5000 and M1 Methanol Plant at Point Lisas. Worked with a team of operators following plant standard operating procedures in an efficient and a safe manner. Skills acquired team work, proper lock out and tag out procedures, trouble-shooting, HSE awareness and competence when working with high temperature and pressurized vessels, lines and equipment. Also responsible for the proper start up and shut down of equipment, according to standard operating procedures.

Mechanical Technician/Quality Control/Quality Assurance on the AUM project
As a Mechanical Technician/Quality Control, I was responsible for Separating pipes into system and loop, and big and small bore, made sure correct piping supports were installed, eg. Guilds, cold shoes, couplings, etc., Did daily schedule reports and tracking reports, JSA’S, Crane request for lifting pipes, etc. and Organised scaffolding for workers to work for joing of pipeline. Skills acquired were piping design and structural design.

Mechanical Technician Trainee
At Methanex I worked and assisted in Mechanical/Technical
Services with a team for a plant turn around/shutdown. We Designed
a platform for the PSA Separator and the calculations for stresses,
loading, strain, supports and Put together and completed the PCR
(Plant Change Request) packages for the turn around (shut down).
Collected the PMI (Positive Material Identification) certificates, Conducted STOP
audits to insure that safety was practiced and used the ASME
Standards B31.1 and B31.3 to get values for pressure, torque,
thickness, etc. of Pipes.
2007 API Pipeline Construction Company
Mechanical Technician
At A.P.I. I did a Compaction Testing Training by the company to use
the EZ 5001 machine to do compaction testing on roads and De-
odorizer stations for N.G.C. Worked in a team assigned to lay piping
underground for Petrotrin and N.G.C. We did non destructive testing,
holiday testing, dye testing and hydro pressure testing, also used a
Boring machine and Reamer.
